Freshly Milled Flour

Experience the superior taste of our freshly milled flour – nothing added, nothing taken away – in our naturally leavened breads, pastries, and cakes. Our baking process involves sprouting, milling, and sifting, highlighting the natural flavors of our heritage, ancient, and wild grains. Each loaf is stone-milled on-site in small batches and stored in a temperature-controlled environment to maintain optimal freshness.

Handcrafted Production

Savor the unique and signature flavors born from our global techniques and dedication to handcrafted, from-scratch production. We offer a wide array of gluten-free options, vegan pastries and croissants, cultured vegan cream cheese, biscuits, cookies, and plant-based cakes, all made with freshly milled gluten-free flour and slow fermentation.

Cultured Cheeses and Desserts

Our naturally fermented cultured cheeses are available in various textures – creamed, semi-soft, firm, and mold varieties – made to order or available in our deli fridge. Delight in our refined sugar-free desserts and cakes, lightly sweetened with maple syrup or coconut sugar.
