Booking and Payment

We offer a variety of payment options, including all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), debit cards, and popular digital wallets such as truemoney Wallet, ShopeePay, LINE Pay, Alipay, Google Pay, as well as internet banking and PromptPay. For services exceeding 3,000 baht, we also offer convenient installment plans.

Vouchers and Cancellation Policy

Our vouchers provide a thoughtful way to treat yourself or a loved one, and are generally valid for 60 days from the purchase date, though it's always best to check individual service terms for specific expiration details. Should you need to cancel or request a refund, our policies generally allow for cashback refunds within 7 days of purchase; however, specific terms may vary depending on the service booked. To ensure a timely and efficient appointment, we kindly request that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled time. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may unfortunately result in the cancellation of your appointment.
